Long Meadow Farm is a proposed new development in the north-west of Market Drayton for approximately 400 new homes.
This website provides the details of the proposals, why we are bringing forward this development now and details of the technical work being undertaken to demonstrate the suitability of the site.
Alongside approximately 400 new homes, of which a proportion would be designated as affordable homes, the development is proposing to deliver significant new areas of open space and green infrastructure, new children’s play areas, a community facility/hub, new habitats and tree planting, and recreational walking and cycling routes.
Our Vision
Bellway’s vision is to create an attractive and sustainable development that leaves a positive legacy.
There will be a focus on well-designed homes set within public open space and attractive landscaping.
Community Drop-in Event
We have hosted a community consultation event on Monday 22nd June 2026 at the Festival Drayton Centre.
